This study aims to determine type damage that occurs on pavement surface, conditions necessary actions Lahat-Pagaralam section bridge from Endikat Depati H. Duaji road Pagaralam-Lahat by using Pavement Condition Index method ( PCI). There are 10 types Lahat - Pagaralam crossing Lintas road, namely crocodile cracks 20.39%, obesity 3.95%, basins 0.66%, curl 0.66 %, edge 3.29%, longitudinal/transverse 5.26%, fillings 55.92%, aggregate wear 1.32, holes 7.24% grooves 1.32%. The average condition index (PCI) for is 82.63% which included Very Good category. repair methods can be carried out P2 (Local Asphalt Laburan) method, P5 (Hole filling) P6 (Alignment).
